I’m sure there must be data bases containing win/loss
results on the various joseki. Though interpreting such
numbers must be fiddly, as multiple joseki occur
in every game, hence the complications of combinations.

Anyhow, I play the avalanche joseki, with a very clear
pattern: I have a winning record with the small
avalanche, but abysmal when the opponent chooses
the large. In fact, I’ve concluded that this variation
is quite one-sided; the corner profit is substantial,
while the center influence is almost nil.

Does anyone have stats on these two, in professional

I don't such stats exist as Josekis are rarely player in vacuum i.e recognizing them is not that easy. I thing pro players perhaps not so fond of o-nadare as it pretty much settles the cource of game. Joseki can be like 1/3 of the board. As for influence: I am not a good go player but I assume conditions for playing nadare require you to have stone that playes well with the wall you get.
